Terrible customer service, and this should tell you everything about a company
Purchased morgage protection, they said the first month is free so I chose 1st Feb as a start date. But I've already been charged for February.
They said "The issue date is 19/01 so the rest of January was for free cover.".. January should be free anyway because the policy only started from February. Just don't trust their "first month free"
I contacted this company last September about getting a mortgage. I filled up 7 different applications and supplied all documents required very promply. They kept requesting more documents which I also returned swiftly. I still have not been refused a mortgage from any of the companies but I have had very little correspondence from them unless I constantly email or phone. I am giving up at this stage and will apply to the mortgage companies myself. Terrible service, I really don't know how they make commission with that kind of service. ????????
